Here’s an Indie-pop band from NYC I like. An overwhelming proportion of pop music I come across is vulgar in some way or another, either with the video content or the lyrics. So I have devised a simple filter system. I call it the Dadoo 30 second rule. If a new song irritates me or bores me to death within 30 seconds, I move on, and there’s no looking back.

What’s stands out most about HAERTS new song “Wings” is that it is refreshingly normal. The five band members met in an apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in 2010. They are originally from England, Germany, and the US.

About Dadoo

A Catholic family man and scientist who finds solace in little joys and adventures. Turning to comedy, inspiring stories and music to lift spirits along the rugged road.
